• This step helps us understand your pup's preferences, medical needs, and behavior to create a personalized walking plan.

• When the form is complete, submit the PDF via the submit button at the bottom of the PDF or send it to our email, hilosbestdogwalkingservicellc@gmail.com 

• Completing the form ensures a smooth and efficient booking process.

2. Convenient Booking

• Schedule your dog's walk effortlessly through our user-friendly website (click here), by phone, or via email.

• Select multiple times & days that align perfectly with your dog's daily routine.

• Double-check that your information is up to date for a seamless experience.

3. Confirmation & Payment Details

• Once the booking is received, we'll send a confirmation of availability and provide payment details.

• Secure your spot by completing the payment online or in person.

• Confirmation ensures that your pup's walk is locked in and ready to go!

4. Personalized Meet & Greet (For New Ohana)

• We conduct a complimentary meet-and-greet to introduce your dog to their assigned walker.

• This session allows us to understand your dog's unique personality, behavior, and specific needs, ensuring a tailored walking experience.

• It's also an excellent opportunity for our teenage walkers to build trust and rapport with their furry friends.

5. Preparation for a Successful Walk

• Please ensure your dog has a fitted collar, leash, and necessary accessories ready for their walk.

• We are happy to accommodate owner-provided harnesses or specialized walking equipment as needed.

• Safety and comfort are our top priorities before heading out.

6. The Tailored Walk Experience

• Our walks are customized to match your dog's energy level and individual preferences.

• Our responsible and thoroughly trained teenage walkers provide fun, engaging, and safe outings within your neighborhood or along your preferred routes.

• Hydration and rest breaks are incorporated to ensure your pup's comfort and well-being.

7. Detailed Post-Walk Report

• Following each walk, you'll receive a comprehensive report via text or email.

• This report includes details about the walk, the distance covered, and any pertinent observations.

• We offer secure online and in-person payment options for your convenience.

• Recurring walks can be scheduled in advance, providing peace of mind and ensuring consistent care for your dog.
